Seabury is an active life plan community located in Bloomfield, Connecticut. Our age requirement is 50, one of the lowest in the country. We encourage you to consider the transition while you are still young and healthy enough to qualify for Life Care and fully experience all that life at Seabury has to offer.

Located on a former dairy farm, the Seabury campus is an idyllic natural setting, with scenic vistas in every direction. Many of the trees have been planted since Seabury opened in 1992 and the Fran Perkins Arboretum was dedicated in 2024.

Seabury At Home is the first home-based Life Care program for active adults over 50 in Connecticut. With Seabury At Home, you get the independence of living at home with the peace of mind that comes with knowing your current and future healthcare needs are covered. You can also rest easy knowing you have the support of a community of friends and caregivers and that we’re here for you if you decide it’s time to move in. Available to residents of Hartford and New Haven counties.
