Assisted Living – The Views

Assisted Living

The Views at Seabury is an assisted living community for seniors who enjoy living a full and balanced life. Residents living in the Views are offered independence, privacy, and security, without the concerns of maintaining their own home.

Residents reside in bright and cheerful apartments, complete with kitchenette, and are able to enjoy companionship and activities that are offered in a stimulating and supportive environment.

As part of living in the Views, there are several distinct levels of personal care, medication management, and services available in order to enable residents to remain at the highest level of independence possible. As part of the admission process, an individual care plan is created that will determine the level of care the resident needs in order to be successful at Seabury. Support services include meals, weekly housekeeping and linen services, extended basic cable TV, scheduled local transportation to and from doctor’s appointments, shopping, and all utilities except telephone. Fitness Classes, taught by certified instructors, include balance, strengthening, and fall prevention. These services are all included in the monthly fee.

Seabury’s Wellness Clinic, staffed by nurses, is available by appointment for consultation, wellness counseling, and other services. Physician appointments are available in the clinic for those residents who select Seabury’s medical staff to provide their primary care.

Fees for the Views are based on a personalized care plan which determines what care and assistance the resident needs to be successful at Seabury. An assessment is done during the admission process, which will determine the level of care needed.  The level of care takes into consideration personal care needed as well as nursing management and care. All levels of care include personal care assistance, medication management, 2-3 meals per day, housekeeping, and utilities (except telephone).
