Director of Fitness and Wellness

ACSM Certified Exercise Physiologist, AFAA Primary Group Exercise, American Heart Association—First Aid, CPR/AED, AAAI Phase 1 Aquatics instructor, and Certified Arthritis Foundation Instructor

Philosophy:
Doing something is always better than doing nothing and the only things you can’t do are the things you never try!

Certified Exercise Physiologist through the American College of Sports Medicine, Certified Personal Trainer through the National Strength and Conditioning Association, CPR/First Aid/AED certified through the American Red Cross. Certified Arthritis Foundation Instructor

Philosophy:
Exercise is a way of life. When you decide to commit to a healthy lifestyle, you’ve just entered yourself in the longest marathon you’ll ever be a part of. Dedication and hard work will help you get past the bumps in the road, but your attitude will determine how well you progress. Being active allows you to enjoy life in the highest form; ALWAYS remember to have fun with what you do!

Philosophy:
Being healthy is not just being able to run 3 miles or lift 10 lbs. Truly being healthy involves looking at the big picture, and practicing a healthy well rounded lifestyle.

Philosophy:
I believe we can continue to grow physically, emotionally and spiritually all of our lives. Being physically active is essential to how we can continue to grow and achieve higher health status. We will always have options in how we can better ourselves. Try something new, be versatile, be happy and most importantly, smile and laugh a lot!
